Good for a solo trip, not a location for families. Ideal for getting around Sendai on a budget stay~
Overall the hotel is ideal for business or solo travellers. The staff & LiveMax hotel brand were both very welcoming. The bathroom was really clean & modern.
The location is something of a red-light district with lots of bars & adult hospitalities. In the morning the area is rife with crows & trash. I had to change rooms upon arrive as the bedsheets were marked with fresh choco, not only in-laid stains.

There are many dining options near Sendai Train Station. The hotel has excellent paid washing and drying machines. I used them. It takes three bus stops to reach Sendai Train Station. The room is not large, but since we arrived late, self-check-in was necessary. It is recommended for overnight stays for business or during a journey, as it is also reasonably priced.
Room is small but it is also reasonably priced.
